Hello and thank you for visiting my online school! If you are reading this, then you are probably ready for taking that next step in your evolution and would like guidance and support ready for your journey back to wellness or simply add to your existing spiritual tool kit. So let me tell you a bit about myself and you can decide whether my services resonate with you.

My name is Caroline Lewis and it is my passion to be facilitating a consciously based business, combining tailored services appropriate to the clients needs in that moment. Offering various Holistic Treatments, Massage, Healing Modalities, Quantum Healing Technology, Intuitive Spiritual Coaching and Self Development Mentoring workshops.

I use a multifaceted set of skills to guide others to reconnect with their inner child and soul, by empowering people with tools and techniques that'll support people through their life challenges with ease that occurred during the extraordinary year of 2020 and beyond. 

We have reached an unprecedented time of extraordinary change, which is bringing up old patterns, beliefs, learned behaviours and old traumas to the surface, which is all perfectly normal at the moment, as we are in a time of Ascension. 

Ascension is the path of those who are choosing to consciously step into a higher level of light. It's a personal choice to bravely step into the unknown in order to expand into an experience that is entirely new for everyone. 

The Earth, humans and sentient beings living on the planet are shifting into a whole new level of reality right NOW, in which a new level of consciousness of love, joy, peace, freedom, compassion and spiritual wisdom prevails. This is what is called the Fifth Dimension.

So with all of this happening, I would love to support you by sharing tools and techniques that will aid your evolution and expansion of your mind, body, spirit and soul through the transformations and guide you to transmute all those negative energies into beautifully healed and transformative energy - assisting you to manifest a positive affect on your mind, body and overall well-being. 

Ascension is also a process of aligning with higher consciousness and with the universe. It doesn't happen immediately over night, but rather ascension happens by working on yourself gradually day by day and with my guidance, I will aid your process and hold space for you to shift into the New World with greater ease and grace enabling you to connect with the higher vibrations.

I love to help people recognise the causes of happiness and unhappiness and how it is possible to master them with empowering tools that enable you to navigate the shifts occurring during your personal Ascension journey. I'd also love to help you discover your life purpose in this new frequency of energy.

Including awareness of global changes and challenges

In my day to day life I am a full time mother raising my two boys in a spiritually conscious way alongside my partner. I enjoy making bespoke creations and going out for walks in nature along our local cycle paths or down the beach catching beautiful rays of the sun. My favourite pastime is spent at sacred sites in the UK and Egypt connecting to the energy of the lands. Those closest to me would describe me as a friendly, kind and down to earth beautiful soul with a good heart.

Helping people is a huge passion of mine and I look forward to helping you.
